About Rochelle Fennell

Rochelle Fennell understands why so many people are drawn to life in Central New Jersey. With easy access to New York City, Philadelphia, beaches, and even skiing, the area offers a lifestyle where no two weekends have to look the same—Broadway one day, the shore the next. It’s this unique balance that makes Central NJ such a special place to call home.
With 19 years of real estate experience, Rochelle brings both market knowledge and real-world perspective to every transaction. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Montclair State University and previously worked in the corporate world as a Buyer and Vendor Relations Manager. Her background in negotiation and contract management translates seamlessly into real estate, where skillful negotiation is critical—especially when homes carry deep emotional value.
Rochelle understands that selling a home often means leaving behind years of memories, while buyers want confidence they’re making a smart investment at the right price. Her role is to guide both sides through the process with clarity, fairness, and respect, helping them agree on true market value and move forward with confidence. She finds the greatest satisfaction when transactions conclude with both buyers and sellers happy and settled into their next chapter.
Clients consistently describe Rochelle as informative, approachable, and refreshingly not “pushy.” She believes that when clients are ready to buy or sell, they already know it—and her job is to support, educate, and advocate for them, not pressure them. Rochelle keeps her clients well-informed, listens closely to their needs, and makes herself available every step of the way, so they always feel comfortable reaching out with questions or concerns.
Whether working with condos, co-ops, single-family homes, multifamily properties, townhouses, or commercial real estate, Rochelle is committed to leading her clients home—thoughtfully, professionally, and with care.
